Lakewood Manor apartments offer seven floor plans — ranging from studio living to two bedrooms, two baths, and dining room. All apartments have expansive windows, several closets, washers and dryers and are well-equipped with appliances including: self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and disposal.
Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are: flexible dining plan, housekeeping every other week, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all Community-owned appliances/equipment, security, urgent call system, Fitness Center, scheduled transportation for shopping, special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.), and medical appointments scheduled through the clinic.
